Swiss community connection and/or involvement:

I came at the same time as four other Swiss friends in 1985 and then immigrated in 1991 and have met numerous European & Swiss people since.

Profile/Motivation:

I am always open for a chat and ready to assist new Swiss immigrants who might have questions about how the Aussie system works and how to cut corners and get by more easily, mostly common sense and practical advice.

 

I also like socialising when appropriate and listening to anyone experiences, both here in Sydney or anywhere else in Australia and abroad.

 

I am not sure what this actually means to be a candidate for the election and what I will be supposed to do but I am ‘just giving it a go’ for the first time.

 

It can’t hurt I gather? We can always talk about Swiss & Australian politics while sharing a delicious half and half Cheese fondue, I make the best Swiss fondues in the southern hemisphere! Or an Aussie Barbie will do just as well!​​
