Would you like to contribute to the Swiss community in Australia and help strengthen connections between Swiss clubs and associations across the country?

Swiss Alliance Australia (SAA) is looking for a new Secretary to join our committee.

The Secretary plays an important role in keeping the Alliance running smoothly, supporting committee meetings, maintaining records and membership information, and assisting with the administration of our activities.

The role involves an estimated 4–8 hours per month, with four online committee meetings per year.

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, has good written communication skills and enjoys working with others. Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Drive is helpful, but a willingness to learn is equally welcome.

Who can get involved?

As SAA is an umbrella organisation of Swiss clubs and associations in Australia, committee members need to belong to one of our member organisations.

We encourage our member clubs to consider whether someone among their members might be interested in taking on this role.

Equally, if you are Swiss or have a connection to Switzerland, live in Australia and would like to contribute, we'd love to hear from you. If you are not yet a member of an affiliated club or association, you could join one to become eligible.

Interested?

If you are interested or would like to find out more, please get in touch with us at info@swissallianceaustralia.org.

And to all our member clubs and community organisations: please help us spread the word! You may know just the right person to take on this role.

Together, we can continue strengthening the Swiss community across Australia.
